The stones around the entrance of the cellar (this is about the tower) are being replaced by green stuff.
Stone paths to and from will stay of course. The current light pole will find another place, we get a tree in that place instead.
A few electric scooters have shown up in our buildings. They are parked in the hallways, that is not supposed to be for safety reasons. It won't take long before we will see these vehicles in the tower as well.
We are taking action in collaboration with the fire department and the owners of the building.
Only tenants are eligible to become a member. The contribution is €1 for 2019 Fill out this form.
For legal reasons, owners are not eligible for membership. Owners are welcome to become a donor and attend all activities.

A number of apartments had new kitchens and/or bathroom+toilet installed last summer. When are the are the other apartments scheduled to be upgraded?
We look after the interests of the tenants of the apartment buildings Anna Paulownahof with the owner/landlord, Vesteda, which is owned by the largest pension fund in the Netherlands (ABP). We are also in contact with other authorities such as the police and the city when needed.
There are 230 apartments of which 51 are privately owned. Vesteda is therefore the largest stakeholder in the society of owners.
