Vorig jaar hebben we een inventarisatie gemaakt van wateroverlast door niet goed sluitende kiep/kantelramen in de toren. Deze resultaten hebben we met Vesteda gedeeld en ook met de VVE. We hebben iedereen aangeraden vooral ook individueel een melding te doen en vooral heel erg aan te dringen. Er zijn nog steeds klachten. 

We gaan opnieuw een inventarisatie maken, nu niet alleen voor de toren maar voor het hele complex. We blijven er op wijzen dat u vooral zelf melding moet maken. Huurders bij Vesteda en eigenaren bij Cleijbedi.

Wat we vorig jaar schreven

Last year, we did a survey in the tower of the Anna Paulownahof regarding water leaking through the windows, especially when the wind comes from the wrong direction. We shared the results with Vesteda and the owner association. We urged everyone to file a complaint individually and persist in this. We learned that not all windows have been properly fixed. 

We are repeating this survey, this time also in the lower part of the Anna Paulownahof. We repeat that you have to file a complaint individually as well. If you rent your apartment you notify Vesteda, owners notify Cleijbedi
