What is going on?

There are plans to modernise the heating and ventilation systerm. When is that going to happen, how much time is that going to take? We may expect that the heating costs will go down, but with how much?

A number of apartments had new kitchens and/or bathroom+toilet installed last summer. When are the are the other apartments scheduled to be upgraded?
